These grades are shameful! What are we Canadians doing to our water supply?? And our Federal Government gets an F for its Grade??? Apparently, Canadians have been blessed with clean water for too long! Having been to countries myself where they have problems with their water, Canadians should realize the blessing we have had in terms of clean and disease free water!

Why hasn't the Federal Government of Canada required all provinces and territories in this country to have full-fledged source-water protection plans??
