Analysis of Negi--Hou Yifan AAI Grandmaster Tournament

I have analyzed another chess game for those of you who like chess. This game involves two of the youngest Grandmasters in chess:

Parimarjan Negi of India, (pictured above),  who is the second-youngest player in the history of chess to gain his Grandmaster title, and Grandmaster Hou Yifan of China, who in December of last year at age 16 became the youngest player ever to win the Women's World Chess Championship. At the present time, Parimarjan Negi is currently  eighteen years of age and is the 109th highest-rated chess player in the World (and the fifth-highest rated player from India) with an elo rating of 2642. Hou Yifan  (pictured directly below)

who was born on February 27,1994 is seventeen years of age and has an elo rating of 2575, which makes her the 333rd highest-rated chess player in the World and the third-highest rated female player in the World. The opening played in this game is the Sicilian Defense:Dragon variation, Yugoslav attack.  I had one of the strongest chess programs in the World, Deep Hiarcs 13.2 (Hiarcs 13.2 MP) analyze this game for one hour on my quad-core computer. With the help of the Chess program Chessbase 11 and Chessbase Megadatabase 2011 I have added comments to this game. Deep Hiarcs 13.2 found exactly where this game was won (or lost in the case of Hou Yifan), and the program also found some very interesting ideas which both players did not play in the game. I hope you enjoy playing through this analysis. This analysis will be the next blog post on my blog.
